Shipping times

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Deliveries in Italy usually take 2–5 business days.

  • For international shipping, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. 

  • We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by:
    • shipping carriers
    • customs processing
    • external events beyond our control

  • Once the products are transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.
