Return and replacement policy

At ELYON, customer satisfaction is our priority. If something’s not right, we’ve got you covered.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Return conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition

  • Must be returned in the original packaging, with tags still attached

  • Customized products (e.g. name or special print) cannot be returned.

How to request a return

Email us at elyonbrand1@gmail.com if not use the contact form on our website or DM Us at Instagram @elyon.brand your request must include:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for return or the item you’d like to exchange

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days from receiving the returned item.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the error was ours.
